Follow the ADR process to decide whether a choice needs a record. Replace the title and description with the decision name and summary.

Context
State the problem and the constraint that made a choice necessary.
Decision
State one current design and why it meets the constraint. Link to guides for interfaces and procedures.
Consequences
State the lasting benefits, costs, and boundaries. Remove rollout tasks and test inventories.

Add a short note only when an earlier choice explains the current one.
References
Link the originating Issue and the requirements that drive this choice. Remove this section only when neither exists.
