Goal

Store a trusted inventory and let an administrator select databases from it.

Implementation

Implement the inventory workflow and its selection rules:

Add the inventory workflow and safe start protocol.
Run SHOW DATABASES through the snapshot account.
Remove information_schema, mysql, performance_schema, and sys.
Sort the remaining names by one stable binary rule.
Store the immutable inventory and its 24-hour expiry.
Show searchable selection controls on the administrator page.
Accept one, many, displayed-all, and clear operations.
Reject an empty selection.
Reject duplicates, unknown names, and expired inventories.
Compare the production inventory with the approved administrator evidence.

Inventory remains available while another operation owns the global lease. A refresh remains blocked while one schema-refresh pull request is open.

System databases are absent.
Stable name order and exact-case selection.
Immutable inventory rows and 24-hour expiry.
Forged, duplicate, empty, and expired selections.
Normal and impersonated authorization errors.
Inventory does not acquire the mutation lease.
