Implementation

Implement Test 3, the deployed administrator verification:

Add validated runtime connection values to the application environment.
Select names only from the merged package registry.
Acquire the shared global lease.
Process selected databases sequentially.
Call the shared verifier for each registry entry.
Continue after one database error.
Store safe per-database results in Turso.
Show progress through the authorized polling route.
Release the lease after the terminal result.

The deployed verification performs no data changes. Use a separate non-production transaction to prove runtime data-change privileges and rollback behavior.
